Hello, customer!

Based on the characteristics of the product groups for sale, Biosota Vietnam would like to send you the following product return policy.

Return conditions

Biosota Vietnam will exchange the product or refund the purchase for the customer for the damaged product if it meets the following conditions:

  • The customer complains within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • The customer provides the purchase invoice, brings the defective product, and takes pictures to determine the cause and value of the damaged product.

Biosota will not handle complaints for cases of product defects or damage caused by the customer's errors during transportation or storage.


Return Process

Customers can contact Biosota at 0366 375 216 (Ms. Oanh) to speak with one of our representatives who will determine the issue and exchange the product if eligible for return.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Customers can exchange the product for another one or receive a cash refund immediately once the Biosota representative determines that it is a company error.

  • In case the order after the exchange is higher in price compared to the original order, the customer will pay the difference.

  • In case the order after the exchange is lower in price compared to the original order, Biosota will refund the difference to the customer.
